The Key
A Guide About Meditation for Clairvoyance

Step-by-step Chakra Meditation Exercise
Meditation should NEVER be overlooked, minimized, or dismissed. This is the foundation of all spiritual work. If you do not meditate and nurture your spiritual body, you will struggle to flourish as a clairvoyant. Meditation is the key component to harness our psychic abilities, as well as maintain a healthy aura and healthy Chakras.
The aura and Chakras are vital in working with spirits, clairvoyance, divination, you name it. If you do not keep your aura healthy, maintained, and vibrating high, you can feel all types of ill effects. The aura and Chakras both have significant influence on our physical and mental bodies. These energy fields that we are comprised of are extensions of our physical forms that exist at levels of higher vibration than physical mass. With this in mind, they naturally will effect our lower physical bodies.
It is important to practice consistent meditative practices. For beginners, it should be daily for at lest 15 minutes. Doing this will exponentially increase your abilities while working with your spirits. I encourage any practicing clairvoyant however, to have a healthy meditative routine. It keeps us healthy, clear, grounded, and nourished.
There is no set right or wrong way to meditate, the only important few things are as follows:
- Breathwork is everything. Breathing is what ties the spirit to the body. Inhaling long, slow, deep breaths nourishes the soul into the body and relaxes us into a deep healing, calming state. Just simply breathing deep revitalizes us and causes a great deal of healing energy into our field. You must always practice this healthy breathing during meditation for the most benefit.
- Spine straight, feet either flat on the floor (especially when doing grounding work), or Padmasana (Lotus Pose). Posture is extremely important. The spine anchors the Chakras to the body and should be viewed as an energy cord that pulls energy into the physical body through each Chakra, Crown to Root. Making sure the spine is erect makes sure the flow of energy in meditation is at its healthiest, moving freely, quickly, as it cycles in and out each Chakra with each breath.
- Eyes closed is recommended during meditation, especially concerning meditation being used to nourish clairvoyant abilities. Not everyone meditates with their eyes shut, however, for us spiritworkers and clairvoyants, time with the eyes closed is vital in meditation. Spirit has a much easier time to send us visions and visuals with the eyes closed. It also is a much quicker way to relax the mind and remove focus from the physical plane, sometimes the only way to reach that deepened state.
Meditation can be done with or without music. Both can provide powerful experiences.
If you do enjoy using music, I highly recommend looking into music tuned with Solfeggio Frequencies for an even more intense experience - especially when working with Chakras!
Guided meditations are also wonderful, especially for beginners who are getting familiar with the sensation of meditation and practicing stilling them mind. However, personally, I would recommend eventually veering away from guided as a constant resource to meditate, as it does take away from possible occurrences that need to be experienced in a natural, unguided meditative state.
----
Before meditating, as your spirits and angels to be present and help you nourish your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Ask them to help open and clean your Chakras. Ask them to help raise your vibration and cleanse the aura. Give thanks.
You may also ask them to help you see or hear any messages they have for you as you meditate. Practice with them, don't get discouraged by any minor results. Never come into meditation with expectations, only intention. You're nourishing your spiritual body, consider it like a form of exercise. Even if you don't have that astral moment or an earth shaking revelation, know that meditation is ALWAYS exercising that spiritual body and keeping it healthy. It is constantly empowering your Chakras and raising you up each time you do it.
The Chakra Meditation
Exercising your Spiritual Body
An exercise I always recommend to someone wanting to improve their abilities first begins seated upright with feet flat on the floor. Begin then breathing deeply, eyes shut, and relax the body.
(I often recommend, for those willing to use music, to look into Solfeggio Frequencies. Listen to music tuned to vibrations of either 1111hz, 963hz, 528hz, or 417hz. If a particular frequency number resonates with you or is popping up often, you can also use that number.
You may also use the frequency of a specific Chakra that you're wanting to focus upon - although I recommend to always balance this and do maintenance on all of them as well.)
After relaxing the body, start next with raising the Kundalini. The Kundalini, in short, is a coiled spiral of energy at the base of the spine. It is a divine energy source that can be called upon in meditation. To do this, imagine the coil at the bottom of the spine, see it slowly unraveling and ascending up the spine to the Crown. As its divine light flows up the spine, imagine it healing all that you are - your cells, your organs, your Chakras, and your aura. Once the Kundalini has reached the Crown, begin visualizing each Chakra.
Start at the Crown and visualize its bright, beautiful violet rays. See it shining and divine, clean and radiant. Watch it slowly grow larger and larger as you open and empower it with loving energy. Ask that the Higher Power flow down through into this divine Chakra and nourish the body and each Chakra thereafter.
Then proceed to do the exact same with the Third Eye and continue on downward - however as you proceed down to your Root, it is important to now begin visualizing both the front AND back of each Chakra starting with the Third Eye and ending at the Sacral. Both front and back of each Chakra need to be cleansed and empowered. So, imagine the dazzling light of each Chakra healing and flourishing straight through both sides of your physical body. The Crown and Root mirror one another, the Crown beams vertically from the top of the skull, while the Root points vertically downward.
Afterward, imagine the energy from your crown flowing down through all your limbs, out the bottoms of the feet and deep into the Earth. Inhale in Gaia's golden energy up through the feet and let it flow up and out the Crown. Feel yourself grounding, healing both the spiritual and physical bodies. Feel these waves of energy from Higher Power and the Earth resonate through your body, your Chakras, into every vibration of your being.
Then close by visualizing your Kundalini slowly descending and coiling back up at the base of the spine. Give thanks to it for its healing and gift. Slowly return to your normal waking state.
Thank your spirits, thank Higher Power, and appreciate the work you have done to nourish and exercise your spiritual body. This exercise is an essential guide to manage and care for your energy field. Doing this meditation for 15 minutes a day, or at least twice a week, will provide amazing benefit to your clairvoyant abilities as well as promote a generally healthier body and state of mind.
